    Beautiful piece of work and the way it was presented it was really good. The only drawback is their after sales. It took 10 days to deliver the product from Jaipur while I reside in Delhi NCR. What surprised me was, even after the product got delivered, it showed 'in process' over their website. I did raise this issue with the owner. I hope they will fix it and continue to deliver amazing artwork.

    i had booked 3 kettles for gifting on 11th August. Till date no update on dispatch status. No one from Kaushalam is responding to the phone calls or Whatsapp messages. Very poor. desh ki chai is appearing to desh ka sharm
