- As all our products are hand-painted and handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, or finish are natural and are not considered defects.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.

- Share images/videos of the issue
- Our team will review and confirm the resolution
- Based on the case, we will arrange:

- Refund, or
- Store credit
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after approval
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
